NECTA New Exam Formats For DSEE & DSEE SPECIAL NEEDS EDUCATION
New examination Format for Diploma in Secondary Education(DSEE) and Diploma in Secondary Education (DSE) in Special Needs Education (SNE).
The 2021 examination format is a revised version of the 2017 format booklet issued by the National Examinations Council of Tanzania.
The format has been prepared to cover all subjects prescribed in the Curriculum for the Diploma in Secondary Education of 2009 and the three-year Diploma for science subjects of 2018 issued by the Tanzania Institute of Education.
This format will take effect from May 2022.
The formats have been revised to accommodate key changes which have occurred in teaching and learning since 2009.
The changes include the introduction of the 2014 Education and Training Policy, which calls for the preparation of skilled human resources whose skills meet the requirement of the 21st century.
