The Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU) has officially announced the list of applicants selected with more than one university. These applicants should follow the procedures below to confirm their choices.
After the find out that your name appears on the list of selected applicants with multiple admissions, there are several steps you should follow.
Confirm your admission to the university you wish to join for the 2024/2025 academic year. This can be done by visiting the website of the respective university and following the provided instructions.
TCU Procedures to Confirm Admissions for Multiple Selection 2024/2025
i. Firstly, applicants should visit the TCU website to check their names and the universities they have been selected for.
ii. Second, they should select their preferred university and follow the instructions provided by that university to confirm their admission. This involves confirming their admission by filling out an Admission confirmation form with the TCU confirmation code that was provided to them by TCU
iii. Confirming the admission is an important step in the university admission process. Without doing so, a student’s admission may be taken with another applicant. Therefore, it is crucial for applicants to carefully and timely follow the procedures outlined below to ensure they secure their admission at their selected university.
iv. To confirm the admission for applicants selected by more than one university, they should follow the procedure below:
<> Visit the official admission application website of the respective university and log into your personal Online admission account.
<> Once logged in, click on the “Confirm Admission” Link
<> Then click on the, “Request a confirmation code” link if you don’t have one.
<> After receiving the confirmation code, enter the code and then confirm your admission by clicking on the “Confirm admission” button.
v. You will receive a message stating “Your admission has been fully confirmed.” At this stage, you will have completed the process of confirming your enrollment for the 2024/2025 academic year.
