1. Preparation and publication of annual procurement plans (APP)
2. Pre-qualification
3. Initiation of tenders
4. Invitation of tenders
5. Tender opening
6. Evaluation of tenders
7. Post qualification
8. Negotiation
9. Awarding of contracts
10. Contract management
11. Purchase through e-auction or e-catalogue and
12. Make payments electronically.
Moreover the system facilitates tenderers to:
1. Register
2. Provide their qualification details
3. View tenders and
4. Submit their priced offers.
The NeST will be simple and has the ability to guide the user through all the steps required to perform intended tasks.
