Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Nationality: Tanzanian citizenship.
Government Employment History: Must not have prior employment with a government institution.

Health: Be in good physical and mental health.
Conduct: No criminal record, history of drug use, or tattoos.
Family Status: Must be unmarried and childless.
Age Requirements
Form Four graduates: 18–22 years.
Form Six or diploma holders: 18–25 years.
Degree holders: 18–30 years.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with expertise in the following fields will be prioritized:
Languages: International languages.
Professional Skills: Administration, Law, Public Relations, ICT, Records Management, Secretarial Studies, Accounting, Procurement, Statistics, Economics.
Technical Skills: Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Air Conditioning Maintenance, Cyber Security, Music (Brass Band), Printing.
