The National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET) is a corporate body established pursuant to NACTVET Act, Cap. 129, to coordinate and regulate the provision of technical and vocational education and training.

The Council regulates an efficient national qualifications system that will ensure that products from technical and vocational institutions are of high quality and respond to changing needs as well as technological innovations in the world.

Technical and Vocational Education and Training in this context is defined as “Education and training undertaken by students to equip them to play roles requiring higher levels of skills, knowledge and understanding and in which they take responsibility for their areas of specialization”.

NACTVET is thus, a multidisciplinary and multi-sectoral body empowered to oversee and coordinate the provision of Technical and Vocational Education and Training in Tanzania.

National Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training wishes inform the public that the Enrollment of students for certificate and Diploma courses / all programs offered by various college opened officially starting on May 27, 2022 until the date June 30, 2024 in the first phase.

All graduates of secondary education and colleges who qualify to join the course such as the certificate and diploma, are advised to make their application for focused  courses to get the opportunity to join a course / program favorites, and that meets the criteria / qualifications to join them for the academic year 2024/2025

1. In due course of application, you must have a VALID working email address; and mobile phone number.

2. Kindly select your most preferred Programme according to your qualifications.

3. You can select up to 12 institutions/programmes.

4. The Application Fees is Tshs.10,000/= per institution and maximum of Tshs.30,000/= for the rest of the choices (Non-refundable).

5. You will be issued a Control Number for the payment of the Application Fees.

6. The payment can be made through Mobile Money services or Bank.
