ABOUT Kizumbi Institute of Cooperative Business Education (KICoB)
KICoB is one of the two Institutes of the Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU). It is an arm of the University distantly allocated in the Shinyanga region, about six kilometres from the city centre, along the Tabora-Mwanza road.
The Institute came into existence following the upgrading of the then Kizumbi Teaching Center, in 2021 by the Tanzania Commission for Universities.
The Institute operates under the office of the Vice Chancellor (VC). KICoB has the mandate to offer training, research and consultancy services in Co-operative and Business Management.
On this website, we provide information about the Institute in terms of its functions, Departments and units, training programmes, and areas of research and consulting. We hope the information offered here is important to the co-operative actors and business communities seeking our services in form of training, research and consultancy services.
It is also anticipated that the information will open up another channel for the general public to interact with KICoB.
How To check your application status
You need to follow these steps to view you application status:
1. Visit the official University or TCU admission website
2. Go to the ‘Login’ section on the home page of the college website.
3. Log in to your account that you used to apply to join University by entering your Username and Password to access your account.
4. Once you log into your account, you will be welcomed by a message informing you of your application status. If you have been selected, you will see a message saying “Congratulations, you have been selected to join University for the 2024-2025 academic year.”
5. If you have been selected by more than one university, you will see a message indicating that you have Multiple Admission; please confirm your admission. If you have not been selected, you will see a message informing you that you have not been selected and the reason for not being selected.
6. By following these steps, you will be able to check your admission application status at University.
For applicants who have been selected to join University, you need to download the Joining instructions and admission letter and follow all the guidelines and instructions provided in the joining instruction or admission letters regarding registration and other procedures to join the university.
